Join professional circus artist & Chicago Aerial Arts owner Ashley Sylvester for a 25 hour intensive training program. Ashley hand crafted this training with over 2 decades of movement and circus knowledge. You will learn the ins and outs of becoming a level 1 hammock aerial instructor, including but not limited to our level 1 hammock tricks featuring our progression system, how to sequence & create fun classes, anatomy, spotting techniques, how to teach a proper warm up and cool down and how to feel confident running the show.
