Funky Flows Sling Workshop

This hammock workshop focuses on aerial flows that weave in and out of wraps. Expect arm breakers, c-shaping and unique shapes!
Prerequisites: solid pull over to front balance, hipkey, thigh hitch, bent or straight leg straddle invert, bent or straight arm hold for 15 seconds.

Ready to build serious strength and explore something new? Our Intro to Straps class is the perfect starting point for anyone curious about this dynamic and powerful aerial apparatus. You’ll learn foundational techniques like basic holds, inversions, and conditioning drills that build upper body and core strength while improving control and stability in the air.
