FAQs
What classes can I book?
Our Summer Pass offers unlimited enrollment to our level one classes for hammock, lyra, silks, aerial fitness & flexibility. You can take as many classes as you'd like during your package. Click here to see our class schedule!
I don't have experience will I be ok?
Absolutely. MOST students do not have any type of dance or aerial background whatsoever.
Do I need to be physically fit to take classes?
We do not have a weight limit. However, aerial is a very physical activity & we do suggest contacting your doctor before starting a new workout, if you are concerned.
What should I wear?
Close-fitting clothes are best. We recommend leggings that cover the backs of your knees and a top, leotard, or shirt you can tuck in. Layers are always nice for warm-up and cool down periods. No shoes, clothing with zippers/clasps, jewelry or long fake nails are allowed on equipment.
Is there free parking?
Chicago Aerial Arts has free street parking or you can access 2 hours of free rooftop parking. Click HERE for building and parking information.
Late/No Show Fees & Policies:
-Late Fees & No Show Fees are applied to any non-member with an intro purchase or intro package.
-We recommend students only register for classes they know they can attend.
-Late Cancels within 12 hours of class will result in a $15 fee.
-No shows will result in a $20 fee.
-No refunds or waived fees will be offered.
-Any student that arrives later then 10 minutes to class will be given the option to watch the class but will not be allowed to partake. A proper warm up is imperative to our students safety and injury prevention. If you arrive late you will be marked as a "Late Cancel"
Is this a girls only studio?
No way! Anyone can fly with us!
What is the age requirement for this package?
You are NEVER too old to try aerial but we do have some policies for our youth students
Ages 0-5: We do not offer classes designed for this age group
Ages 6-12: Students may join our weekly kids class times
Ages 13-15 :Students may join kids classes OR join class with a parent. Parent must book 2 spots for class & participate the whole time. This means 2 packages will need to be purchased for this deal.
Ages 16+: Students may enroll in our adult classes.
